Nana Roest-Gyimah, LCSW

Nana is a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a warm, person-centered approach that helps clients move from insight to action. She created Ground Level Therapy to offer a space where people can work from the foundation up and build something stronger in its place.

Nana specializes in couples counseling, using tools and principles from Level 1 Gottman Method training to help partners improve communication, rebuild connection, and work through long-standing issues in a structured, active way.

In her work with individual adults, she supports clients navigating grief, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Her style is thoughtful and collaborative—she listens deeply, offers direct feedback, and helps clients make meaningful progress toward the life they want.
