Fees and Session Length
Who we see: Adults only (18+)
Session length: 53–57 minutes
Format: In-person therapy in Albany, NY, or online therapy available anywhere in New York State
Insurance: We currently accept CDPHP, BlueCross BlueShield plans, and private pay for individual therapy (see insurance page for details)
